"Imagine students from our Academic Adoption Program playing a soccer tournament, on the Bangalore Football Club's turf, with professional coaches! That's what unfolded on 31st May 2025.
With the support of West Block Blues and 25 enthusiastic volunteers from our CSR partners, AAP students across age groups had a fabulous day out.
The event featured 24 competitive matches, with winners and runners-up awarded gold and silver medals. The four top scorers were gifted a football each and all participating students received certificates to celebrate their efforts and enthusiasm. For many of the students, it was their first opportunity to play such a tournament — an experience that taught them valuable skills such as teamwork, collaboration, decision-making and resilience.
It was a fun and energy-filled day that was a celebration of talent and unity, and it was a brilliant showcase of the power of sports to inspire young minds."
Hi, I'm Samrudhi Raut fomm Ujjivan. I mentored the Rajpipla project, where we finalized a project with Bharuch Tribal Trust to develop WASH facilities in schools. Our initiative aimed to provide better infrastructure, ensuring a superior learning experience for over 850 students. The project includes clean and hygienic washrooms with separate toilets for girls and boys, significantly enhancing the school's facilities. The project came out well, and I was happy being part of the program and making a meaningful difference in the lives of these young learners.
