A Chartered Accountant and an MBA in Finance from Wharton, he has played a pivotal role as an advisor to Parinaam Foundation, contributing to its success and impact. Sunil also served as a board member of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd. and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd. from 2006 to 2024, where his expertise was instrumental in driving growth and innovation.

Ms. Carol Furtado, whole-time Executive Director of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, has played a pivotal role in supporting Parinaam Foundation for over 12 years. As an advisor and mentor, she has been instrumental in streamlining the organization’s HR and operational processes, enabling it to better serve marginalised communities. A key leader in building Ujjivan, she has extensive experience in Retail Banking and NBFCs. She is a postgraduate from Mount Carmel, Bengaluru and has attended leadership programs at IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School.

Abhinav Gujjar has been a software engineer and technology leader for over 20 years. He has worked with Thomson Reuters, Microsoft and co-founded Tricog Health. He currently consults as a fractional CTO with multiple startups and companies

Krishnamoorthy brings over 35 years of expertise in finance and accounts. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, he joined Ujjivan in 2008 and currently serves as National Manager - Accounts at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. At Parinaam, he advises on financial management, coordinates with auditors, and actively participates in monthly account reviews, ensuring robust financial oversight for the foundation.

Prem is a seasoned professional with 27+ years of experience across law, clinical research, ESG, and banking. At Ujjivan, he played pivotal roles, including leading Administration, Vigilance, Legal, and HR functions during its transition to a Small Finance Bank. He also spearheaded Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, established the ESG framework, and managed the Social Services Department. As Business Head for Vehicle Finance, Prem successfully turned around the business, showcasing his versatility and leadership in diverse domains.

Lawrence Tony George is a copywriter and has been in the branding and communications business for close to 3 decades. He has spent time with Mudra, Lintas, McCann-Erickson and is now associated with The Circle. Tony takes a keen interest in Parinaam’s strategic directions and its communication.
