Elaine Marie Ghosh, Founder Started Parinaam Foundation in 2007 and was personally involved in all its activities and provided the day-to-day support that the Foundation needed. Mallika Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director Mallika Ghosh has been Chief Operating Officer of Parinaam since 2010. Previously, she spent seven years in Advertising. Her last job was as Head of Film Division, South India for McCann Erickson. Giving it all up, she took the plunge into the social sector, bringing in youth and professional integrity to a fledgling Parinaam. She took over as Executive Director in November, 2013 after the passing of her mother and Executive Director, Elaine Marie Ghosh. She has been instrumental in building Parinaam's programs and creating the strategic vision under which it operates today. Along with Elaine Ghosh, she developed the Financial Literacy Program (Diksha) and the Academic Adoption Program. She is personally involved in all its activities and provides the day-to-day support that the Foundation needs.
Gunashekar MSK, National Project Manager- Diksha,Healthcare and Education Guna joined Parinaam after working at Sankara Eye Hospital, Shristi Special Academy and The George Foundation and brought with him his extensive experience in the field of Healthcare. He has completed Masters in Social Work (MSW), Master of Philosophy in Social Work (M. Phil) and has a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. He supervises the Diksha Financial Literacy Program across India for Ujjivan Financial Services and oversees all the Parinaam initiatives in the area of Healthcare, Education and Livelihood.
Nirat Segal, Program Associate - Diksha Nirat interned with Parinaam Foundation for 2 summers, where she organized and managed a 5 week summer camp for 90 children and coordinated the safe water awareness and livelihood program (Jalmitra Program) across India. She has completed BA Economics Honors from Christ University, Bangalore, and is currently working with us full time as Program Associate for the Diksha -- Financial Literacy Program.
Issac R, Program Manager - Ultra Urban Poor Program Issac joined Parinaam after working on the health and community development projects through International Services Association (INSA)-India and Consortium for Community (CFC). He has completed Masters in Social Work, Master of Philosophy in Social Work and Organizational Development. He supervises the Parinaam initiatives of Urban Ultra Poor Program (UUPP) in the area of livelihood, childcare and education, Healthcare, social and financial services.
Kritika Kailash, Program Associate, Urban Ultra Poor ProgramKritika Kailash joined Parinaam in July, 2013 as a Program Associate for the Urban Ultra Poor Program and Academic Adoption Program. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2012 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Public Policy. Previously she worked at ReSurge International and interned with U.S. Senator Michael Bennet in Washington, D.C.
Manjula Devi.S, MIS Analyst - Diksha Program Manjula joined Ujjivan in 2007 and worked as a Data Entry Operator in the Insurance Team under their Operations. She also worked as a TL in the Insurance, Accounts and Finance Departments. She is currently our MIS Analyst for Diksha - the financial literacy program.
Pramatesh Nayak, Accounts Officer Pramatesh joined Parinaam recently after working at JRS & Co. Chartered Accountant Firm for 3 years as Accounts Executive handling Tally Erp 9 Package. He has completed M.Com from Dharwad University.
Renuka Munivenkatappa, Field Coordinator - Urban Ultra Poor Program She is a graduate in Arts and has had experience working in Myrada for five years as a community facilitator. Renuka joined Parinaam Foundation as a community worker in the Urban Ultra Poor Program and facilitated its implementation from its inception. Renuka is self-motivated, energetic and an efficient problem solver.
Mala E., Senior Community Worker - Urban Ultra Poor Program Mala has had five years of experience working as a Link Worker in a PHC. She has joined Parinaam as a UUPP Community Worker and has proved to be extremely efficient in the field, supporting all health issues for our beneficiaries. During centre meetings and house visits, she counsels them on health and hygiene. Mala is a hard worker and has earned the trust of our beneficiaries.
Amathul Aleem Siddiqua, Community Worker - Urban Ultra Poor Program Siddiqua joined Parinaam as the community worker for the UUPP. She is soft-spoken but very disciplined and proactive. She has a rich experience of working as community organiser for women's group and enjoys teaching handicrafts, embroidery and henna designs, which attracts women to her. Being familiar with working in the urban slums, she carries out her duties with great diligence.
Ankitha V. Community Worker -- Ultra Urban Poor Program Ankita has recently joined Parinaam Foundation as a community worker under UUPP (Ultra Urban Poor Program). She was previously working with ICICI Bank -- Credit Card Department, as a tele-caller.
Richard Kumar.D Administrative Assistant Richard worked in Ujjivan for 3 years and then moved to Parinaam to handle the Administrative work. He maintains the Budget and Accounts for Health Camps, Sports Day activities and maintains document records for all Parinaam Programs. His ability to perform multiple tasks has made Parinaam more efficient and effective on a day-to-day basis.
There are many dedicated staff from Ujjivan assigned to Parinaam for our various programs.
