Our Organizational Team

Parinaam's staff comprises of individuals who are passionate about the cause of social development and together have years of experience working in the sector. However the most critical aspect that melds them into an awesome team is that "corporate best practices" rules in Parinaam.

Elaine Marie Ghosh, Executive Director. She started Parinaam Foundation in 2007, is personally involved in all its activities and provides the day-to-day support that the Foundation needs.

Mallika Ghosh, Chief Operating Officer. Mallika completed her education in Emerson University, Boston, USA. She spent seven years in Advertising; her last job was as Head of Film Division, South India for McCann Erickson. In January 2010, she chose to move to social development and worked as a consultant with Parinaam for five months before deciding to become a full-time employee. She supervises and develops the Parinaam Programs, such as the Financial Literacy Program (Diksha) and the Academic Adoption Program.

Gunashekar MSK, Programs Manager - Healthcare, Livelihood & Education Programs. Guna joined Parinaam after working at Sankara Eye Hospital, Shristi Special Academy and The George Foundation and brought with him his extensive experience in the field of Healthcare. He oversees all the Parinaam initiatives in the area of Healthcare, Education and Livelihood. He has completed Masters in Social Work (MSW), Master of Philosophy in Social Work (M. Phil) and has a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Roshan Mascarenhas, Program Manager - Urban Ultra Poor Program. After working in grass-roots level NGOs in Karnataka for four years, he joined Habitat for Humanity India, a global NGO and acted as a liaison with its partner NGOs across Karnataka and Kerala to monitor its programs. He joined Parinaam as a Program Manager and currently oversees Parinaam’s Urban Ultra Poor Program, which includes Livelihood, Healthcare, Education, Financial Literacy, and Social and Childcare support. He holds an MA in Sociology.

Rajeev K, Program Manager - Diksha Financial Literacy Program. Rajeev joined Parinaam in 2012 as Program Manager of the Jalmitra Program (Safe Water Awareness Program). Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked at Eureka Forbes as Senior Territory Executive, and Radiant Consumer Appliances as Key Account Manager. He is now supervising Diksha (Financial Literacy Program). He has completed B.C.A from Bangalore Presidency College.

Manoj James Roche, Program Associate. Manoj manages the Healthcare, Education and Livelihood programs across the South Region. He has completed his Masters in Social Work (M.S.W) with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatry Social Work. He has previously worked at Swamy Vivekananda Youth Moment as District Coordinator through VHSC scheme of NRHM at Hassan District, before joining Parinaam. He demonstrates a great deal of enthusiasm in working with people in need of medical services, by efficiently networking with quality healthcare providers.

Ajoy Ghosh, Social Program Coordinator – East Region. Ajoy joined Parinaam for our Jalmitra Program as Project Coordinator - East Region after working for 38 long years at TATA & HUL as Commercial Development Executive. Currently he takes care of Parinaam Initiatives like Healthcare, Education and Livelihood programs in the East Region. He has the right passion to work for the betterment of the Poor and the downtrodden.

Rajashekar, Field Coordinator – South Region. Rajashekar handles our Healthcare, Education and Livelihood programs across Karnataka. He has completed his Masters in Social Work (M.S.W) from Bangalore University with a specialization in Social Development. He is very committed to working towards uplifting the underprivileged sections of the society.

Richard C Gonsalves, Field Coordinator,Urban Ultra Poor Program. Richard joined Parinaam as Field Coordinator for the UUPP. He has completed his Masters in Social Work (M.S.W.) from St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Bangalore, where he specialised in Medical and Psychiatry. The main areas of his interests lie in the empowerment of women and children who are under-privileged and victimized by the dominant classes of society. His dissertation for his M.S.W was on “Health Challenges faced by Dialysis Patients.”

Rahul Wasnik, Field Coordinator. Rahul was initially handling all Parinaam activities in the West Region, such as Healthcare, Education and Livelihood and recently he took over as FLP Trainer for the Mumbai Area. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work (M.S.W) with a specialization in Tribal Welfare. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with Employee Guarantee Scheme, Mumbai Mantralay. Rahul is a very energetic person and shows great concern towards working with the poor.

Kathyayini M, Accounts Officer, Kathya, joined Parinaam recently after working at Ommi Forge Pvt. Ltd an Iron & Steel Industry for 5 years as Accounts Executive handling Tally Erp 9 Package. She has completed B.Com from Mangalore University.

Renuka Munivenkatappa, Senior Community Worker - Urban Ultra Poor Program. She is a graduate in Arts and has had experience working in Myrada for five years as a community facilitator. Renuka joined Parinaam Foundation as a community worker in the Urban Ultra Poor Program and facilitated its implementation from its inception. Renuka is self-motivated, energetic and an efficient problem solver.

Mala E., Community Worker - Urban Ultra Poor Program. Mala has had five years of experience working as a Link Worker in a PHC. She has joined Parinaam as a UUPP Community Worker and has proved to be extremely efficient in the field, supporting all health issues for our beneficiaries. During centre meetings and house visits, she counsels them on health and hygiene. Mala is a hard worker and has earned the trust of our beneficiaries.

Amathul Aleem Siddiqua, Community Worker - Urban Ultra Poor Program. Siddiqua joined Parinaam as the community worker for the UUPP. She is soft-spoken but very disciplined and proactive. She has a rick experience of working as community organiser for women’s group and enjoys teaching handicrafts, embroidery and henna designs, which attracts women to her. Being familiar with working in the urban slums, she carries out her duties with great diligence.

There are many dedicated staff from Ujjivan assigned to Parinaam for our various programs.
