Elaine Marie Ghosh, Executive Director She started Parinaam Foundation in 2007, is personally involved in all the activities of the Foundation and provides the day to day management support that the Foundation needs.
Mallika Ghosh, Chief of Staff. Mallika completed her education at Emerson University, Boston, U.S.A. She spent 7 years in Advertising, her last job was as Head of the Film Division, South India for McCann Erickson. In January 2010, she chose to move to social development and interned with Parinaam for 5 months before deciding to become a full time employee. She supervises the Parinaam Programs, and is also developing an Urban Financial Literacy Program for urban poor women.
Gunashekar MSK. Programs Associate. Guna joined Parinaam from Sankara Eye Hospital and brought with him his extensive experience in the field of Healthcare. He oversees all the Parinaam initiatives in that area which includes our expanding network of hospitals and other healthcare providers. He is also involved in our camps, vocational training programs and scholarship fund candidatures. Guna is an M.S.W., M. Phil in social work and PG diploma in human resource management.
Umesha Gowda, Program Associate Urban Ultra Poor Program. Umesh joined Parinaam from Biocon Foundation, where he use to handle Health Care, Health Insurance, Hospital Networking and Client Development. He oversees Parinaam's UUPP Program which includes, Livelihood, Healthcare, Education, Financial Literacy and Social And Childcare support. He has an M.S.W., and PGD IR&PM and also has 4 1/2 years work experience in the social development field.
Ravi Rai K., Programs Coordinator. Ravi manages healthcare for our beneficiaries at the hospitals and camps. He develops other intervention programs in the South of India and supervises the initiatives in the West Region. He also provides support for the interventions of the Ultra Poor Program. He holds a Masters in Social Work from St Aloysius College, Mangalore.
Samuel Salvi, Field Coordinator, West Region. Samuel manages the Health Camps for Ujjivan's West Region based out of Pune. He also investigates and processes Vocational Training and Job Enhancement opportunities for the Ujjivan customers/families. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked as a Social Worker in the NGO, Family Welfare Centre. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work.
Renuka & Padma, Community Workers, Parinaam Urban Ultra Poor Program.
We will be starting our work in the triangle of Jharkhand, Orissa and Bihar and also in New Delhi in the next two months once we are able to hire Parinaam representatives in these areas.
