Parinaam's staff comprises of individuals who are passionate about the cause of social development and together have years of experience working in the sector. However the most critical aspect that melds them into an awesome team is that "corporate best practices" rules in Parinaam.

Mallika Ghosh Mallika Ghosh is the Executive Director of Parinaam Foundation).Prior to joining Parinaam, she spent seven years in advertising. Her last job was as Head of Film Division, South India for McCann Erickson. She graduated from Emerson College, USA, with a Bachelor Degree in Film, Journalism and Photography in 2003. She has been instrumental in building Parinaam's programmes and creating the strategic vision under which it operates today. She is personally involved in all the activities and provides the day-to-day support that the Foundation needs.

Chaithali Pisupati Chaithali Pisupati is the Programmes Director for Parinaam Foundation. A hotel management graduate from one of the finest colleges in India and a certified six sigma green belt, she has a diverse experience of 13 years working in organizations like Jet Airways, Satyam Computer services Ltd, Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants and Flipkart. She has experience in large scale planning and execution of projects. She has also been involved in creating learning content for both classroom and virtual learning. She is responsible for the execution of the Urban Ultra poor and the educational programmes of Parinaam.

Gunashekar MSK Gunashekar MSK (National Project Manager- Diksha, Healthcare and Education), joined Parinaam after working at Sankara Eye Hospital, Shristi Special Academy and The George Foundation and brought with him his extensive experience in the field of Healthcare. He has completed Masters in Social Work (MSW), Master of Philosophy in Social Work (M. Phil) and has a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. He supervises the Diksha Financial Literacy Program across India for Ujjivan Financial Services and oversees all the Parinaam initiatives in the area of Healthcare, Education and Livelihood.

Maneka Kumar Maneka joined Parinaam as a fundraising consultant in May 2016. With more than 10 years of work experience spanning both the non-profit and corporate sector, Maneka has effectively supported organisations on strategy, management and delivery of development focused programmes across India. She has a post graduate degree in social sciences from TISS as well as international exposure and experience in education and youth development issues.

Dinesha S V Dinesha SV is the Regional FLP Manager in the South. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with Hindustan Unilever limited for almost almost 7 years in the Social Marketing / Direct Marketing field. He graduated from Mysore University, Karnataka with a degree in Commerce. He has been overseeing Diksha - the financial literacy program, the Higher Education Scholarship and Healthcare Programs across the South.

Pinaki De Pinaki joined 'Parinaam Foundation' after working for almost a decade in the Social Welfare and Development sector. He has worked at different levels in the areas of counseling, rehabilitation, child protection, mental health and livelihood development in organizations like 'SOS Children Villages India', 'The Hope Foundation', 'Grouppe Development', 'Don Bosco Ashalayam' and others. He is a science graduate and has a PG Diploma in Psycho counseling. He supervises the Diksha Financial Literacy Program across East region for Ujjivan Financial Services and oversees all the 'Parinaam initiatives' regarding Healthcare and Education in this region.

Md Raza Ur Rahman Md Raza Ur Rahman is the Regional FLP Manager in the North. Prior to joining Parinaam, he was associated with Shrishti Trust . He has worked in the social sector for about 8 years. He completed his Masters in Social Work from AMU, Aligarh in 2008. After his Masters ,he worked with organisations like CAPART ( an autonomous body of MoRD ), CSR &L , ECAT Bodhgram and VHAI. He was instrumental in designing the Children Savings Programme (also known as 'Chiller bank 'programme) for Parinaam.

Sachin Jadhav Sachin is the Regional FLP Manger in the West . He has worked in the development sector for the past 9 years. His prior assignments were with Hindusthan Microfinance and Annapurna Pariwar handling financial literacy, micro-insurance and micro-financing. He has completed his graduation and post-graduation studies in Social Work from Shivaji University.

George Alexander George Alexander is the Program Manager for the UUPP Program in Parinaam Foundation. He is a Science graduate from Hoysaleshwara College affiliated to Mysore University . He has over 15 years experience ,working in various areas such as Marketing, Office Administration, Online exam test administrator and NGO projects. He worked in organizations like Eureka Forbes Ltd, NSE.iT Ltd and NGO like CMSSS and Abhivruddi Social Development Society. He has experience in Community development activities, Women Empowerment, Trainings, Monitoring & Evaluation, Internal Auditing, Documentation and Execution of projects. He is also worked in world bank sponsored Community Watershed Program, Child Labor & Rehabilitation, Bridge school and vocational skill training projects.

Sowmya P H Sowmya P H is a Programme Manager at Parinaam Foundation. She has 4 years of experience working with women and children from vulnerable backgrounds. She has a graduate degree in Journalism, Psychology and Women’s Studies, and a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies. While she was studying she discovered the real problems faced by women everyday, across the world. Consequently, she developed a passion to work in a space that directly improved the lives of women and children. Prior to joining Parinaam,she worked with organisations like Dream a Dream and Pasand.

Thippesh BG Thippesh BG is a Programme Associate for Educational programmes in Parinaam Foundation. He has a Masters degree in Social Work ,from Dr.MV Shetty College of Social Work affiliated to Mangalore University. He has 5 years of experience in the NGO sector. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project and Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd.

Prasanna Kulkarni Prasanna has completed his Bachelor’s Degree from Bangalore University. He majored in English in college. He has around 8 years of work experience. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with Firstsource and Mphasis. He has been working as an MIS Analyst, for over three years now. He is interested in exploring skills on Excel and learning and designing new software for reports.

Lucy Reeta Pious Lucy joined Parinaam as a Programme Associate in May 2016. She graduated from Christ University with a Masters degree in Economics in 2016. Prior to joining Parinaam, she volunteered with U&I an NGO based in Bangalore for two years. She used to teach kids from underprivileged background English during the weekends. During these two years, she developed a strong desire to work in the social sector.

There are many dedicated staff from Ujjivan assigned to Parinaam for our various programs.
